Steve Berman serves as Executive Vice President of Film Finances International, the global leader in film and television completion bonds. As the originator of the completion bond business for the entertainment industry in 1950, FFI has successfully bonded over 7,000 projects around the world and currently has offices in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Australia and South Africa.

Some of their notable credits include Dr. No, The Terminator, Pulp Fiction, Slumdog Millionaire, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and John Wick: Chapters 2—4.

Film Finances has bonded dozens of projects throughout Asia, including productions in China, Japan, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. FFI continue to see potential and seek out opportunities in the Asia film market, and have previously opened offices in China, Japan, Malaysia and India. 

Steve joined the Los Angeles office of Film Finances in early 2000. As Executive Vice President he oversees the global production team which tracks every project’s progress from early pre-production through final delivery for distribution. This includes reviewing each project’s viability for success based on the key production elements and then working the Producers to manage production issues to ensure a successful production.
