Registration & Payment
Both packages provide you access to the in-person event at Marina Bay Sands as well as ATF Online+. Click here to find out what the various options are.

Each registration page has a timeout period of 30 minutes if there is no activity detected. Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Incomplete Order for Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF)” for the link to resume your registration with the same email address.
If you did not manage to complete the registration again, please wait for another “Incomplete Order” email with a new link to be sent to you to resume your registration.
To ensure the information that were filled in previously will be retained, you are advised to use the same device to resume your registration before clearing your internet history or cookies.

For online registration, you will be able to pay by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer. We do not accept payments in cash.
- Admission is by registration and strictly for trade and business visitors only. A valid admission pass is required to access the exhibition premise. Admission passes are non-transferable and must be displayed prominently at all times.
- Visitors/delegates who are not appropriately attired (i.e. ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc) will be refused admission.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who is unable to comply with the admission requirement.
- Treat all individuals with respect. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination or bullying.
- Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition halls at all times.
- You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at any event organised by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the Materials shall be reserved by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction. Travelling to Singapore
All travellers are welcome to Singapore regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
From 13 February 2023, all non-fully vaccinated travellers entering Singapore will no longer be required to show proof of a negative Pre-Departure Test. Non-fully vaccinated Short Term Visitors will no longer be required to purchase COVID-19 travel insurance.
Mask-wearing is not required, except in healthcare and residential care settings.
All travellers entering Singapore via air or sea (including Singapore residents), and Short-Term Visitors entering via land, must continue to submit a health declaration via the SG Arrival Card e-service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard) 3 days before arrival (including the day itself). Please note the SG Arrival Card is an electronic health declaration and not a visa.
Travellers are advised to check the ICA website for the latest border measures before entering Singapore.

ATF Online+
Accessing ATF Online+
For first time users, log in with your ATF Online+ activation link that will be sent to you by email subject “Networking is now open for Asia TV Forum and Market 2024” together with your Registration/Badge ID.
Upon your first login, you will be requested to verify your personal information, update your interests based on Genres available, prompted to create a password and manage your contact information visibility.
For existing users who have participated in previous editions of ATF, you may log in using the same login credentials set previously. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forget Password’ to reset.
For company registration exhibitors, you will be prompted to join ‘My Team’ as an additional step. Key in your company name as the team's name to proceed.

Managing My Connections on ATF Online+
Use ‘RECOMMENDED FOR YOU’ to browse through the best potential matches that you might be interested in based on the information you have provided during your first login.
Initiate a handshake by clicking on ‘Show Interest’ button on their profile. The recipient will have to reciprocate before a connection can be established.
Go to ‘INTERESTED IN YOU’ to see the list of profiles who have initiated a handshake to connect with you. Respond by clicking ‘Show Interest’ to establish a connection, or ‘Skip’ to avoid receiving future invites from them if you are not keen.
Yes. Track the profiles that you have requested to connect with under ‘MY INTERESTED LIST’.
You can see the full list of connections you’ve made under ‘MY CONNECTIONS’.
You can see the list of profiles you have anonymously skipped under ‘MY SKIP LIST’.
Managing My Meetings on ATF Online+
Block time slots that you are unavailable on ‘Manage My Availability’ under the Profile page.
Go to ‘MY SCHEDULE’ for an overview of the status of whether your meeting invites have been confirmed or are still pending. An email reminder will be sent to you 10 minutes before your meeting begins.
The chat button will become available only after you have established a connection or mutual interest in each other by clicking the ‘Show Interest’ button on each other’s profiles or have a confirmed meeting with the contact.
You will be able to request for a meeting on the attendee’s profile page only after you have established a connection or mutual interest in each other by clicking the ‘Interested’ button on each other’s profiles. You will also be able to set the date & time and send a personalised message before requesting for the meeting. The recipient will receive a notification about the meeting request, which he/she must accept before the meeting is set.
Go to your notifications on the platform or check your email.
The Virtual Meeting Room button will become available once the meeting has been accepted.
You will be able to enter the Virtual Meeting Room 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time either by the Virtual Meeting Room button on ATF Online+, or the meeting link sent to your email.
You may join or leave the meeting anytime during the scheduled meeting time; however, you will not be able to access your Virtual Meeting Room once the meeting time has expired.
The meeting duration is not limited.
You will be able to share your screen to play presentation slides or videos but will not be able to record your meetings.
Yes. The ‘Add Invitee’ button will become available once the meeting request has been accepted. You may use this to invite more participants to join the meeting.
Managing my Company on ATF Online+
Under ‘My Team’, you will be able to see an overview and manage the following for you & your team members:
- Meetings – Check meeting statuses and the availability of you or your team members. You can also arrange for meetings on behalf of your team members with his/her mutual connection.
- Inbound Leads – Review leads that have shown interest, connected, or interacted with you & your team members and/or your company profile.
- Company Chat – Manage messages sent to your Company directly through the profile page.
- Contacts – Get an overview of all the profiles that have connected or scheduled meetings with you & your team members.
- Company Profile – Review & update the information displayed on your Company’s profile page.
- Programme Listings – Add & manage Programme Listings.
- Export Meetings – Download confirmed meetings at ATF in CSV or Excel format.
- Export Contacts – Download the contacts that your team members have successfully established a connection with on ATF Online+.
You can upload a maximum of 10 programmes and/or videos to your company’s listing via Team function. You may edit the title, description, genre, link or replace the display image of your programmes/videos at any time.
Video uploads need to be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. They must be listed as public or unlisted videos, and NOT set to private or password protected. Please share only the EMBED link, i.e., https://www.youtube.com/embed/... or https://player.vimeo.com/video/...
