Registration & Payment

Yes, all attendees require a pass to attend ATF.

Each registration page has a timeout period of 30 minutes if there is no activity detected. Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Incomplete Order for Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF)” for the link to resume your registration with the same email address.

If you did not manage to complete the registration again, please wait for another “Incomplete Order” email with a new link to be sent to you to resume your registration.

To ensure the information that were filled in previously will be retained, you are advised to use the same device to resume your registration before clearing your internet history or cookies.

For online registration, you will be able to pay by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or wire transfer. We do not accept payments in cash.

  • Admission is by registration and strictly for trade and business visitors only. A valid admission pass is required to access the exhibition premise. Admission passes are non-transferable and must be displayed prominently at all times.
  • Visitors/delegates who are not appropriately attired (i.e. ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc) will be refused admission.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who is unable to comply with the admission requirement.
  • Treat all individuals with respect. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination or bullying.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition halls at all times.
  • You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at any event organised by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the Materials shall be reserved by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction. Travelling to Singapore

All travellers are welcome to Singapore regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.

From 13 February 2023, all non-fully vaccinated travellers entering Singapore will no longer be required to show proof of a negative Pre-Departure Test. Non-fully vaccinated Short Term Visitors will no longer be required to purchase COVID-19 travel insurance.

Mask-wearing is not required, except in healthcare and residential care settings.

All travellers entering Singapore via air or sea (including Singapore residents), and Short-Term Visitors entering via land, must continue to submit a health declaration via the SG Arrival Card e-service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard) 3 days before arrival (including the day itself). Please note the SG Arrival Card is an electronic health declaration and not a visa.

Travellers are advised to check the ICA website for the latest border measures before entering Singapore.
