Building on her early experience in directing and producing short films and audiovisual works, Samantha Moon has established herself as a leading professional in the discovery and development of film projects within international festivals. She has been particularly dedicated to identifying and nurturing emerging Asian talents and projects, while advancing cross-cultural exchange and co-production initiatives. Since 2017, she has served as Industry Program Manager at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, where she has led the selection and development of feature and series projects, guided global co-production strategies, and strengthened the festival’s role as a hub for international collaboration.

In addition to her work in film, Moon has been actively engaged in the fields of art and technology, facilitating international exchange and offering her expertise as a consultant.
