Roche Vandenberghe is the Chief Marketing Officer of Globe Telecom, where she is driving brand leadership by elevating coverage, strengthening the masterbrand, and accelerating brand lift to sharpen Globe’s competitive edge. 

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors, reflecting her commitment to strong governance and strategic leadership in both executive and boardroom roles. 

Previously, she served as Chief Marketing and Digital Business Officer at FWD Life and was a two-term Chair of the Philippine Life Insurance Association’s Marketing Committee. Roche led FWD’s bold entry into the Philippine market in 2014, propelling it into the top three insurers in under a decade. She built revenue through digital sales, earning multiple marketing and digital awards locally and across Asia. 

With experience spanning the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, she has led growth for technology, financial services, and lifestyle brands across Southeast Asia. A frequent juror and speaker at global marketing, advertising, and e-commerce events, Roche is also an advocate for inclusion and serves on the board of Special Olympics Pilipinas.
