Ricky Ow is a venture partner and founder of RJ Int’l, advising Web3 and traditional businesses across Asia. He is also President of Kasagi Labo under Liquid X, focusing on anime IP and fan engagement innovation.

With over 25 years of leadership in Asian TV and content, he previously served as Asia Pacific President of WarnerMedia and held senior roles at Sony Pictures Television, where he led major hit productions including The Apprentice Asia and The Amazing Race Asia. He serves on the board of Singapore’s IMDA and supports talent, innovation, and startup development.
