Rachel has almost 20 years of experience in the APAC film and television business. She was the Head of Content Acquisitions and Originals at TrueID amongst other Thai cable/satellite and free to air TV channels such as MTV Thailand and PPTV Thailand. TrueID is Thailand’s largest OTT streaming platform, with more than 36 million subscribers. Based in Bangkok, she has led original production, programming, global licensing and acquisitions for various OTT platforms/studios. Rachel notably executive produced Thailand’s most influential celebrity talk show Woody World and has produced over 45 films, TV series, ads and MVs. 

In 2023, she co-founded and launched N8, a film development, production and distribution studio with offices in Bangkok and New York City. In 2023, N8 released Thai Horror film “Home for Rent” a co-production with GDH, now streaming on Netflix as well as "The Monk and The Gun" (TIFF/Busan/Oscar’s Shortlist). N8 will be releasing 4 productions and co-productions throughout 2025-2026 including A Useful Ghost Starring Mai Davikah Hoorne By Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke and 185 (Grand Prix Cannes Critics' Week; TIFF; Busan), I Live Here Now by Julie Pacino (Locarno Film Festival) and Heals by Emmy Award Winning Thai-American director Pailin Wedel (Netflix's Trapped 13; Hope Frozen). Through a joint venture with EST, EST N8 has represented over 50 titles from 13 countries within Asia distributing to over 100+ territories globally. 

Rachel has been a jury member for the annual Asian Academy Creative Awards for 5 consecutive years and guest lectures at Thailand’s top universities including Thammasat University in media studies.
