Peter Choe is the Founder and CEO of Contents Holdings, where he leads the development of Blintn, a global B2B content database that drives data-powered decision-making for the media industry. Under his leadership, Blintn has grown into a major international platform serving more than 80 countries and 1,600 companies, providing access to over two million content data points.

Peter also oversees Blintn Plus, a content financing service that uses real-time data and market intelligence to identify and support high-potential Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English-language projects. His work centres on creating greater transparency, structure and stability in content investment, responding to the industry’s evolving needs as OTT growth and globalisation reshape the market.

With a background spanning technology, law, and finance, Peter has been an active contributor to the transformation of the content ecosystem. Before founding Blintn, he established Culture & Law, a firm specialising in media and entertainment, and served as the Korea representative for the Golden Equator Group, where he supported initiatives across private equity, venture capital, and asset management.

Peter continues to guide Blintn’s strategic expansion, championing data-powered solutions that support creators, studios, and global partners.
