TVING CEO Julie Choi is an all-round IT-platform specialist with extensive experience at Walt Disney Korea, W Concept, and TRENBE. Choi is the first female CEO in the Korean OTT industry. From 2021 to 2023, Choi served as Chief Sales & Strategy Officer of luxury e-commerce platform TRENBE overseeing global MD (Merchandising) and partnerships, achieving rapid business growth in the global sector. 

After her position at the Boston Consulting Group in 2007, she was responsible for managing the business strategy for Asia at Walt Disney Korea from 2013 to 2018, including the launch of Disney+ in Korea. Combining her expertise in content business and proven experience in cultivating trend-setting platforms, she is leading TVING to expand as Korea’s leading OTT platform.
