Jeff Han is Vice President of Tencent Online Video. He is in overall charge of strategy-making, content-developing and operational management of Tencent Video and Tencent Penguin Pictures variety shows and documentaries. He is also responsible for strategic formulation and diverse matrix layout of Tencent Video sports business as well as Tencent Video overseas business.

Jeff joined Tencent in May 2012. Under his leadership, the online media group (OMG) marketing team succeeded in enhancing the influence of Tencent’s online media business in China. OMG marketing team managed to garner recognition and gain prestige from advertisers and consumers for the business, alongside a major boost in usage. The team’s success represented a triple win for Tencent OMG, its users, and its advertisers.

He will continue to lead to produce great content and live up to the “good times” expectations of platform users.
