Felix joined ATV in 1990.  He has since worked in every commercial broadcaster in Hong Kong (ATV, i-Cable, Commercial Radio, now TV, TVB and PCCW Media). 

Felix has served as controller and general manager for the programming, production and management functions across different aspects of the media industry, from terrestrial free TV, pay TV transmitted over fibre network, satellite network and OTT, radio broadcasting, scripted and non-scripted production, and AI-powered production and advertising platforms.
