Brendan Wu is the co-founder and CEO of SeaOvers Pte Ltd, a fast-growing media tech company transforming entertainment across Asia through AI-powered AdTech and Free Ad-supported Streaming TV (FAST). Under Brendan’s leadership, SeaOvers has built a global team of 40 professionals, delivering FAST channels that connect international content providers with major regional broadcasting streaming platforms, including i-CABLE Communications, CTM, and Taiwan Mobile. 

In addition to leading SeaOvers, Brendan is also the CEO of HKAI, the driving force behind the development of a supply-side platform (SSP) and data management platform (DMP), which now handle over 100 million requests daily for Hong Kong’s major broadcasters.

With over 15 years of experience in ICT and artificial intelligence system development, Brendan has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives. In 2017, he spearheaded the creation of Hong Kong’s second-largest eCommerce platform, connecting more than 2,000 merchants and 1.6 million users through mobile-to-TV integration.
