Allen Jordan is the Managing Director of Goshen Group, a cross-border enterprise operating at the intersection of media, entertainment, technology, and strategic investment across Southeast Asia. With over a decade of multidisciplinary leadership experience, Allen has built a portfolio that bridges creators, capital, and commercial opportunities across regional markets.

As founder of Goshen Media, Allen has driven the development of original IP, co-production partnerships, licensing initiatives, and entertainment ventures spanning animation, live experiences, and digital content. He has played a key role in forging alliances with studios, regional producers, and international partners — including collaborations in animation, collectibles, and media financing — positioning Goshen as an emerging force in Asia’s creative economy.

Allen’s work extends into the tech-enabled creative sector, where he advocates for integrating innovation, storytelling, and market strategy. His initiatives include supporting regional start-ups, building IP commercialisation ecosystems, and bridging Southeast Asian creators with global platforms. He has been instrumental in projects linking media with emerging technologies such as AI infrastructure, digital transformation, and industry–academia collaboration.

Beyond media, Allen oversees Goshen Consulting and Goshen Realty, leveraging a strong network of high-net-worth and institutional partners to support creative ventures, start-up expansion, and cross-border investment strategies.

Allen also contributes to ecosystem development as Networking Strategist & Event Director for the Indonesian Chapter of the International Society for Gerontechnology (ISG), connecting innovation, industry, and social impact. His work continues to shape Southeast Asia’s creative, technological, and investment landscapes.
