Justin Deimen
Justin Deimen is a media entrepreneur and cultural strategist driving capital and creativity across borders. With a career spanning finance, production, and policy, he specialises in scaling sustainable creative ecosystems by aligning IP, partnerships, and funding across global markets.
As Managing Partner of Goldfinch International, Justin leads the global-south growth of one of the world’s leading media financiers and venture builders with his partners. He structures innovative capital vehicles - spanning credit/debt, private equity, and venture/impact investment - that unlock long-term value in film/TV, media-tech, branded entertainment, gaming, sports, and licensing. At the centre of multi-layered, cross-border dealmaking, he brings together creators, investors, and institutions to accelerate growth in emerging creative economies.
He also serves as Executive Director of the Intercultural Theatre Institute (ITI) in Singapore, where he is reshaping the conservatory into a hub for cultural diplomacy, arts philanthropy, and talent sustainability. A firm believer in bridging creativity and capital, Justin also co-founded the Southeast Asian Audio-Visual Association, a regional producing trade group, and in 2014 launched the ATF IP Accelerator, the region’s first structured financing platform connecting creatives and financiers. He is part of the EAVE network and regularly advises international festivals, markets, and policymakers on co-production and creative-economy strategy.
Justin’s career includes senior roles at ONE Championship, Aurora Media, Hyde Park International, VH1, Fox Searchlight, The Village Voice, and IFFR, alongside structuring alternative asset ESG funds with private banks. Across every role, he has been dedicated to building frameworks and institutions that give artists, ideas, and industries the conditions to thrive.
At his core, Justin champions the arts as a generation-shaping force, and through his vast experience of policy and finance, he is committed to designing the capital alliances and creative platforms that define the future of the global media industry.
