One of Asia’s most experienced international producers, Jocelyn has grown Beach House Pictures into the region’s most exciting TV & Film production company and the largest indie business in Singapore. As Managing Director, Jocelyn runs the company together with co-founder Donovan Chan, overseeing operations, production, and business development. As Executive Producer, she has supervised a diverse range of genres including scripted and non-scripted, including MR MIDNIGHT (Netflix), MASTERCHEF SINGAPORE (Mediacorp), BAKE OFF JAPAN (Amazon Prime) THE RAINCOAT KILLER (Netflix), OTTER DYNASTY (Max, Discovery+, Love Nature), EVOLVE (Curiosity, Amazon Prime), ED STAFFORD: FIRST MAN OUT (Discovery+, Bilibili), WILD CITY narrated by DAVID ATTENBOROUGH (Netflix. BBC America, Sky), CESAR’S RECRUIT: ASIA (Fox), NOMAD CHEF (Discovery), and KAKADU (ABC).

Under her charge, BHP diversified significantly from premium factual programmes to unscripted lifestyle and reality formats, kids and branded content and now adding premium scripted series and films into its portfolio. This has enabled Jocelyn to build expertise in forging partnerships with global brands that include Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Warner Bros Discovery, Paramount, Peacock, National Geographic, CCTV9, Tencent, Bilibili, A&E, Lonely Planet, Fox, NBC Universal, Turner Broadcasting and BBC Worldwide. Jocelyn spearheaded the deal with Ink Factory (Night Manager) for CLEOPATRA WONG, a TV series based on the trilogy of iconic Singaporean action films from the 70s. She oversaw the acquisition of the exciting scripted start up Momo Film Co. in Singapore who specialises in Southeast Asian TV & Film, in a short time BHP & Momo signed a major TV series development deal with Canal+ and Studiocanal.

Prior to founding BHP, Jocelyn was General Manager of VHQ TV, a successful Singaporean production house alongside VHQ Post which she established and grew over 7 years, producing factual and branded content for both local and cable satellite broadcasters such as Mediacorp, Discovery and National Geographic. Jocelyn is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and is on the board of Singapore’s IMDA.
