Kaushal’s journey with Jio began in 2015, where he played a pivotal role as founding member and leadership team, responsible for launching India’s leading OTT apps—JioTV, JioCinema, JioTV+. In his current role as Head of Content Acquisition & Partnerships, he has been instrumental in shaping Jio’s digital content strategy. 
 
Before joining Jio, Kaushal was the Business Head for Digital Media, Teleport and Media practice of Airtel Business, Prior to his tenure at Airtel, Kaushal held leadership positions at renowned Media conglomerates such as Sony, Star. At Sony, he was leading the content syndication, distribution and interactive business. 
 
Kaushal is academically accomplished, holding a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious S P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India. He also earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Delhi University, India. 
 
Kaushal is a passionate follower of Formula 1 racing, loves traveling and has keen interest in philately and numismatics. His professional journey and personal pursuits reflect a deep passion for innovation and exploration.
