Hanna Cho is the Interim Executive Director for the Racial Equity Screen Office (RESO), a national not-for-profit organization in Canada. RESO’s mandate is to create greater opportunities for racialized and diaspora creatives from within and outside of Canada. RESO is also the presenting organization for the global creative summit East by North West (EXNW). A multidisciplinary cultural strategist and producer, Hanna brings nearly two decades of experience from interactive media production, museums, and community building to her role at RESO. From her policy roots as a Fellow with the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, to her extensive museum leadership experience, or her early roots as a co-founder of a community wireless networking group, Hanna strives to enliven and empower conversations around equity and cultural transformation through creativity, care, and action.
