MaGic C

Following a career of 30 years in TV broadcasting (France Tv/PR, Canal +/European youth programs commissioner), Chrystel Poncet launched MaGic C in 2019 with the desire of widening the scope of content available. Her privileged field of action concerns kids/teens live-action TV series and animation of all genres for all ages.

She works as associate producer with partners who share her vision: Andarta Pictures “Ewilan’s Quest” for France Tv / Maybe Movies “Zombillenium the young adult TV series” for France TV/ Millimages “Virtual Past” for Canal +/ Les Films du Tambour de Soie: “Tiki” for France TV. 

Among her other activities, she collaborates as consultant with producers in the editorial and/or financing phase. A large part of her work is dedicated to the great IPs developed by Frédéric Puech / Something Big. MaGic C also advise broadcasters/SVoD services and institutions in the deployment of their projects. She’s a regular attendee at the major international market events and she also participate in festivals as a jury member or panellist. 

Chrystel lives in the French city of Marseille, and she participated in the coming of the CartoonNext in her hometown. She’s also General Secretary of SudAnim, which regroups animation professionals based in the South Region of France. Last, but not least, she’s lucky to have her own personal audience at home: 2 boys, 12 and 16.
