How do I edit my profile?

Log in to the platform using your login and password

  1. Click on the PROFILE icon (top-left corner of the page)
  2. Update your profile on this page
  3. Click UPDATE at the end of each step

How to I manage my schedule availability?

Go to your Profile page (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, you will see Manage My Availability. Click on that.

You will see your Availability calendar. If you are booked for a meeting, that particular time slot would have been blocked and marked as Busy.

You can also block certain time slots that you are not available to take meeting requests, by just clicking on that particular time slot. You will be marked Busy then, and no one would be able to arrange for meetings with you.
Click Save once you are done.

Do always take note of the time zone shown.

Can I change the email that I would like to use?

Go to your Profile page (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, you will see Change Email.

Enter your new email address and click Save.

Can I change the password that I would like to use?

Go to your Profile page (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, you will see Change Password.

Enter your new current password, followed by your new password.

You will need to confirm your new password and click save.

If you have forgotten your password during the log in process, you can click on the link “Reset Password” on the Login page

  1. Enter your email address that you have previously logged in with
  2. Click “Email me a password reset link”
  3. Go to your email account’s inbox.
  4. Open the email with the subject “Reset your ATF Online+ password”
  5. Click on the reset password button. It will open a new page where you will be prompted to enter your new password twice, and press the “Reset password” button.

Can I change manage the notifications that I would like to receive?

Go to your Profile page (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, you will see Manage Notifications.

You can decide if you would like to receive email notifications for chats received, and also push notifications on your devices.

Slide right to turn on, so that you do not miss out on important messages and information. Click Save.

Click Save.

Can I export information of my meetings to a spreadsheet document?

Yes, you can. Go to your Profile page (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, you will see Export Meetings.

Click on the button Click to Generate CSV, followed by the Download button.

A spreadsheet file with basic information of the people you had meetings with, will be downloaded  to your device.

I’m on ATF Online+ and I need help. What can I do?

On the front page of ATF Online+, you will see the button NEED HELP?
You can access this via the left panel as well.
Click on it.

You will see the profiles of our various support staff, ready to assist you.
Click on the one that best matches the issue that you are facing.

You will first need to click on ‘Interested’, before you can start chatting with them.

Should you need to speak to someone, you can make a Whatsapp call to one of the numbers listed on the profile.
