MANAGING MY COMPANY

This feature is only available if you are an Exhibiting Company or Pavilion.
An Exhibiting Company would mean you were registered for the Digital Package (Corporate).

What is Teams?

If you are an Exhibiting Company, a Pavilion or a Sponsor & Partner, you would have noticed the icon Teams located at the top-left hand corner for your screen.

This feature allows you to manage your team member’s meetings and also certain information displayed on your Company’s profile.

How can I manage meetings of my other team members?

Go to Teams (top, left hand corner). Under the left navigation, click on Meetings.

You will be able to see the availability of your fellow team members, and also the meetings that they are schedule for.

You can also arrange meetings on behalf of your team members on this page. However, your team member and the attendee would need to have a connection established first, via the Interested function, before a meeting can be arranged.

How can I manage the inbound leads of my team?

Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Meetings.

The section features profiles of attendees that have shown interest, connected or interacted with you, your team members and/or your company profile.

These profiles will remain on the list until you take action on them by requesting a meeting, showing interest or skipping the profile.

How can I manage the contacts that my team members have interacted with?

Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Contacts.

The section features profiles of attendees that have connected or scheduled a meeting with your team members.

Can I export information of my team member’s meetings to a spreadsheet document?

Yes, you can. Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Export.

Under Export Meetings, click on the button Click to Generate CSV, followed by the Download button.

A spreadsheet file with basic information of the people your team members had meetings with, will be downloaded  to your device.

How can I add more programme to my company’s Programme Listing?

Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Programme Listing.

Here you can edit the information of your existing programmes, or add new programmes to your company’s listing, up to a maximum of 20 programmes.

You can edit or add a display image for your programme, together with a title, description, genre and website to link to if any.

Click Add once you are done.

How can I add more video to my company’s Screening Library Listing?

Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Screening Library Listing.

Here you can edit the information of your existing screening library videos, or add new videos to your company’s listing, up to a maximum of 10 videos.

You can edit or add a display image for your video, together with a title, description, genre and website to link to if any.

Your video needs to be hosted on Youtube or Vimeo. It can be a public or unlisted video to be viewed by users, but NOT private.
Please share only EMBED link, i.e. https://www.youtube.com/embed/... or https://player.vimeo.com/video/.

Click Add once you are done. 

Can I export information of my team member’s contacts to a spreadsheet document?

Yes, you can. Go to Teams. Under the left navigation, click on Export.

Under Export Contacts, click on the button Click to Generate CSV, followed by the Download button.

A spreadsheet file with basic information of team members contacts, will be downloaded  to your device.

I’m on ATF Online+ and I need help. What can I do?

On the front page of ATF Online+, you will see the button NEED HELP?
You can access this via the left panel as well.
Click on it.

You will see the profiles of our various support staff, ready to assist you.
Click on the one that best matches the issue that you are facing.

You will first need to click on ‘Interested’, before you can start chatting with them.

Should you need to speak to someone, you can make a Whatsapp call to one of the numbers listed on the profile.
