It's a good idea to try out a few different networks to rule out the possibility of a WiFi issue. Switching to a different router or trying an ethernet connection may resolve the issue.

In many cases, the connection may be fast and stable enough at the modem, but a bad router or excessive traffic on the router can cause problems in the call. In an office environment for example, a router may be overloaded due to the number of computers connecting. If this is the case, we recommend using Ethernet.

Setting Meetings on ATF Online+

Recommendations has been tailored to get the best matches and increase the relevance of attendees that you might be interested in, based on the information that you have provided during your first log-in.

You can see your recommended profiles, by clicking on RECOMMENDED FOR YOU, accessible via the left panel. Click on that.

It is a great way to discover potential connections generated by the system.

You can initiate a handshake with an attendee you meet at ATF Online+ by clicking on the ‘Interested’ button on their profile.

The recipient will need to reciprocate by showing Interest in you too before a connection can be established.

You will receive a notification if someone shows an interest in you. You can also check who has shown interest in you, by clicking on INTERESTED IN YOU, accessible via the left panel.

Respond by clicking on ‘Interested’ to establish the connection. If you are not keen, click Skip.

To keep track of profiles that you have shown interest in, click on MY INTERESTED LIST, accessible via the left panel.

Note: Showing interest, i.e. establishing a handshake, is the first step you will need to take before you can continue to chat or arrange for meeting.

You can view all the connections you’ve made on ATF Online+, under MY CONNECTIONS, accessible via the left panel. Click on that.

All the connections you’ve made, i.e., the ones you had handshakes with or met will be listed here.

You will come across MY SKIP LIST on the left panel of your screen.

Listed here are the profiles that you have anonymously skipped.

While browsing through the Attendee directory, you may come across profiles that you are not interested in. You may click on Skip to avoid receiving future invites from them.

To enable the chat option, you will need to either:

Option 1: Have a confirmed meeting with the contact, before you can start chatting with him or her.
Option 2: Show mutual interest in each other using the "Interested” tool. Having a mutual interest using the interest tool will allow you to start chatting.

The Chat button will only appear when either of this condition is fulfilled. Click on the Chat button to start your conversation!

To be able to arrange for a meeting, you and the attendee must establish a reciprocal connection first, via the Interested feature.

Once that is done, then will you be able to request for a meeting with the attendee. The function for you to do so is available on the attendee’s profile page.

Set the date and time and drop a personalised message before you send over your meeting request.

The recipient will receive a notification about the meeting request, to which he/she needs to accept before the meeting is set.

Incoming meeting requests will be sent to you via notifications on ATF Online+ and through your email account.

Once the meeting is accepted, the Virtual Meeting Room button will appear (if the meeting is pending or cancelled, the Virtual Meeting Room button won’t be available).

You can hop onto the Virtual Meetings room 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. You can join the meeting from your email or the ATF Online+ platform by clicking the Virtual Meeting Room button.

Once you click on the Virtual Meeting Room button, you will be directed to your virtual meeting room.

You can go in and out of the Virtual Meeting Room within your scheduled meeting time, however, once the meeting time has expired, you won’t be able to access your Virtual Meeting Room. Meeting duration is not limited.

You will be able to share your screen to showcase your presentations and play videos, but you will not be able to record your meetings.

It is possible to have more than one person in the video meetings.

Once the first meeting invitee has accepted your meeting request, the meeting is deemed to be confirmed.

You will see the button Add Invitee+, which allows you to add more participants to the meeting.

You do so by clicking on the MY SCHEDULE tab, located on the left panel of your screen.

You may also be able to keep track of meeting invites that have not been confirmed, i.e., Pending, by clicking on the filters available at the top of this page.

You will also receive an email reminder 10 minutes before your meeting is about to begin.
