Lester Hu has 16 years’ experience in the global TV formats industry and currently heads up original content development, formats and international business at Hunan TV. He plays an important role in forming content creation strategy and supporting in-house programmes production, and oversees formats acquisition, distribution and co-development business for both Hunan TV and its streaming platform Mango TV.
