Ken joined Nippon Television Network Corporation in1997, where he worked on high-profile productions such as "Grave of the Fireflies", a drama commemorating the end of the WWⅡ, and "Mother of 14".

He moved to Fuji Television Network in 2008, where he won the Hélandres Award for "BOSS".

He recently produced hit drama series such as "silent" and "Where does the Sea Begin”, which became a social phenomenon.
