Juan joined Tencent in 2017 and currently she is the head of WeTV&Sanook. Before leading oversea teams, Juan was the director of commercialization for Tencent Video, driving advertising revenue for the platform. 

Prior to Tencent, Juan worked in Google, Facebook covering positions of ads sales, operations and partner development. She is a veteran in digital marketing and online media commercialization.
