Naoko has vast experience in producing hit shows for Nippon TV, starting with her leadership in “Old Enough!”, a hit show gaining successful ratings for 30+ years on the network. “Old Enough!” is also an unscripted format with adaptations in the UK, Italy, Vietnam, China, and most recently a third season in Singapore and Naoko is working with the international format team within the company for more global versions. She is also the producer for the weekly animal entertainment show “We love animals”, the daily morning show “ZIP!”, documentary projects and many more.
