Ming Hsien Chan is an animation producer and executive with more than 20 years of experience in content development, production, acquisition and international distribution. He is the founder of Children’s Playground Entertainment Inc. and has served as Vice President of Animation Production and Acquisition at Bilibili since 2016, where he leads the company’s children’s content and international business.

Earlier in his career, Ming helped pioneer China’s paperless 2D animation production workflow. He has distributed more than 300 Japanese animation titles in China and co-produced over 40 anime titles as one of the few overseas members of Japanese animation production committees.

Today, Ming focuses on developing original children’s content and IP for global audiences, including Reggie Rex!, an Asian Academy Creative Awards National Winner. He is also exploring new approaches to animation production through XFRAME, an AI agent framework designed to support content development and production workflows.
