Daniel has over 15 years of entertainment industry experience spanning film finance, marketing, acquisitions, and physical production. He currently works in deal origination and structuring at Obsidian Creek Capital, a film lender, financing independent features across the US, AIPAC, Europe and Latin America. 

Previously, he was Head of Marketing and Acquisitions at The Exchange, where he spearheaded market positioning and global campaigns for a slate of over 150 films, and was instrumental in launching the sales agency Stoic, whose feature Carousel (Chris Pine, Jenny Slate) opened the 2026 Sundance Film Festival. 

Daniel is also an accomplished event producer with a 18-year track record of high-profile executions for Warner Bros. and the Elton John AIDS Foundation. He has a BA from Yale University.
