Sun Hong Min is a content and IP leader with more than 20 years of experience across the global entertainment industry, spanning all-genre IP development, production, distribution, and franchise expansion. Throughout his career at SBS, Disney+, TVING, and CJ ENM, he has helped develop and grow content businesses across scripted and unscripted formats, from original content creation to global IP commercialization. 

He currently leads CJ ENM's IP Creative Lab and O'PEN, the company's flagship creator incubation platform, where he oversees the development of all-genre, globally scalable franchise IPs and new business models designed to maximize IP lifetime value through cross-platform expansion and monetization.
